  • Root Beer Glazed BC Raised Ham Leg with Apple Chutney
  • Naturally Raised Turkey Roasted with Anchiote and served with Orange-Cilantro Mojo
  • Leg of Peace Country Lamb with Moroccan Mechoui Rub and served with Mint and Coriander Chutney
