SAMPLE FOOD STATION MENUS
Food stations are a popular option for modern events and weddings. Smaller tables are set up through out the event with specific themes presented. Some stations are self-service and some require a chef present to serve. Hot, chef manned stations increase the cost of service. Usually 3-4 stations are appropriate for a refreshment and 4-6 are suitable for a meal replacement.

SAMPLE FOOD STATIONS
CHILLED SEAFOOD STATION
a seasonal and Ocean Wise assortment that might include hot and cold smoked wild salmon and Albacore tuna, butter clams, mussels, prawns and shrimp. Served with housemade cocktail sauce, harrissa, aioli, red onion, capers and fresh lemon
OYSTER STATION (chef manned - seasonal)
Fresh shucked oysters with assorted mignonettes, cocktail sauce, fresh horseradish, hot sauce and fresh lemon
CHARCUTERIE STATION
a selection of local and imported salumis, dry cured hams, pate, terrine, rillette etc... served with fresh melon, marinated olives, cornichons pickles and moutarde a l'ancienne
CHEESE STATION
a selection of local and imported cheese, including soft, blue and hard cheeses. Served with assorted crackers, spiced nuts, seasonal fruit and fig compote
SALAD STATION
Build your own Salad bar - seasonal organic greens, cherry tomato, cucumbers, julienne carrots, toasted pumpkin seeds, croutons, cheese, chick peas, onions, pickles etc... Served with Honey Dijon Vinaigrette, Housemade Ranch and Balsamic Vinaigrette

ANTIPASTO STATION
Marinated and grilled Italian style vegetables and dips, such as grilled mushrooms, eggplant, zuchinni, red bell pepper, pickled spicy peppers and seasonal housemade pickles, and organic white bean dip, served with baguette
BAKED POTATO BAR
baked potatoes with a wide array of topping including butter, sour cream, scallions, crispy shallots, cheddar cheese, housemade maple bacon bits, broccoli florets, sauteed mushrooms, edamame beans, housemade pickled jalepenos and pico de gallo
TOSTADA or TACO STATION

CARVERY STATION (chef-manned station)

FRUIT SHORTCAKE STATION
